TRANSMISSION OF MULTIPLE CONTROL




The network program at a site must be prepared to send or receive
than one control message in a single control communication

During the time that the control link is blocked awaiting RFNM, it
possible that a number of control messages to a particular remote
will accumulate. When the link is unblocked, these should all be
in a single communication for greatest efficiency

For receiving, it will be necessary to have a loop which returns
decode and take action on successive control messages until the







if you see any problems within the linking, don't worry be happy,
this is version 0.1 of the Relevance System and you gotta expect some crappy subroutines sometimes,
just be content we did not write this in Java, which would have made this "bigger and better" HAHAHHA.
